This additive can increase surface smoothness, improve scratch resistance, and enhance coating adhesion resistance in solvent based coating inks. It is recommended for use in some solvent based gravure and offset inks.

Gravure ink, offset ink, hot melt road marking paint
Recommended dosage
0.3-10%additive dosage based on the total formula,due to different formulations and technological conditions,it is recommended to test before use determine the best amount of addition.
Adding method and processing guidance
It is recommended to melt the product in a solvent or carrier to prepare a wax slurry and add it to the ink.

This additive can improve surface hardness and scratch resistance, improve surface protection of powder coatings, and also provide excellent lubrication during the internal extrusion and melting stages of powder coatings.
