The additive can reduce the friction coefficient in UV, solvent-based and water-soluble paint inks, has excellent smoothness, significantly improves the wear resistance and scratch resistance of the coating, and has good temperature resistance.
Recommended Use
Coil coating, floor coating, printing ink, high temperature matte oil, industrial coating, UV coating, plastic coating, metal baking coating.
Recommended dosage
0.3-3% additive dosage is based on the total formula, due to different formulations and process conditions, it is recommended to determine the best amount of addition before use.
Adding method and process guidance
The product can be directly dispersed in coatings and inks by high-speed stirring or grinding, and can also be added after preparation of wax paste.
