Liquid coating and inks
Product features and advantages
The additive can be used in UV, water-based, solvent based paint inks have excellent dispersion and anti-flotation, its melting point and hardness are high, scratch resistance and temperature resistance is strong, significantly reduce the coating friction coefficient, and the effect on recoating is minimal, for PE substrate crown cap adhesive can provide good adhesion.
Recommended Use
Waterborne coating, crown cover adhesive, printing varnish, UV flooring coating, wood furniture coating.
Recommended dosage
0.3-5% additive dosage is based on the total formula, due to different formulations and process conditions, it is recommended to test before use to determine the best amount of addition.
Adding method and process guidance
The product can be dispersed in paint and ink by high-speed stirring, and can also be added after preparation of wax paste.
Powder coatings
Features and advantages
The additive can improve the surface hardness and scratch resistance, improve the surface protection of powder coating, and have little influence on screen printing and recoating.
Recommended dosage
0.3-2% additives based on the total formula, due to different formulations and process conditions, it is recommended to test before use to determine the best amount of addition.
Adding method and process guidance
The product is recommended to be added when the base material is premixed and then completely extruded.
