The additive can increase the surface smoothness in UV and solvent-based coating inks, improve scratch resistance, improve coating adhesion resistance, suspension and no sinking, recommended for solvent-based and solvent-free systems.
Recommended Use
Industrial coatings, printing inks, UV coatings, plastic coatings, furniture coatings, coil coatings, iron printing coatings.
Recommended dosage
0.3-3% additive dosage is based on the total formula, due to different formulations and process conditions, it is recommended to determine the best amount of addition before use.
Adding method and process guidance
The product can be dispersed in paints and inks by high-speed stirring or grinding, and can also be added after preparation of wax paste.

Adding method and process guidance
The product is recommended to be added when the base material is premixed and then completely extruded. It can also be added to the sheet material mixed together with grinding and sifting, or added to the finished powder mixed and sifting.
